Larry L. Littman, 60, of Lockport, NY passed away unexpectedly on November 4, 2009 at home. He was born August 4, 1949 in Lockport, NY. He graduated from DeSales Catholic High School in 1967 and then served, in the US Air Force. Larry and Gladys Gervan were married on June 27, 1970 at St Bridget's Church, Newfane, NY. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the State University College at Buffalo and his Master of Science degree in Education from Niagara University. Larry taught Kindergarten at Anna Merritt Elementary School, Lockport, NY for 28 years. It was at Anna Merritt that Larry felt honored and fortunate to work with many dedicated teachers and friends while touching the lives of countless children. He was a member of Lockport Elks Lodge #41 where he served as secretary of the House Committee and was also a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Walter J Littman Jr., his father and mother-in-law Hugh and Mildred Gervan and his brother-in-law, John Gervan.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Gladys; two sons, Chad (Kathy Castile) Littman and Cory (Laura Stoll) Littman. He was the proud Papa and Pops to: Hayden, Olivia, Greta, Alexa, Paige and Cade Littman. Larry is further survived by his mother, Rose Lewis Littman; his brother, Val (Linda Korolewski) Littman; his sister-in-law, Nancy Bunn Gervan; two nieces, Tracy (Alan) Bray and Deborah (Byron) Walker and one nephew, Timothy (Dawn) Gervan. He is also survived by many cousins, great nieces, nephews and many friends.
