Larry was never seen without a smile on his face. His love for his students and children in general was amazing. I remember him dressing up in his clown outift for halloween the most as well as his jazzy clogs. Was nice to see him around town and at the golf course. He will be deeply missed, another one taken too soon that had so much spirit left in him. Heart goes out to the entire family with lots of love.

I am very saddened to hear of the loss of such a great man. He was my kindergarten teacher at Anna Merritt in '81. I have never forgotten him- he was such a caring teacher and guardian. He had such an inventive way of engaging us; I loved the reading tub, the tipi, the sandbox in the classroom... He made my transition into school easy and exciting and was part of the reason I enjoyed my education. My heart goes out to his family and friends, and the larger community that will miss his warmth and generosity.

Mr. Littman was a wonderful man. He touched so many lives wether it was in the education department or just in a day's life. I was never a student of his, but I always enjoyed his character. As a student at Anna Merritt, you could walk down the hall and he would speak to you no matter what. When I became a college student and working on my education degree I looked at Mr. Littman as a huge role model. He inspired me in so many ways to want to teach. When I worked for the YMCA progam in the cafe of Anna Merritt, he would stop down and comend on the projects we worked on or just stoped to say hello. I recall one summer working at the YMCA and having the opportunity to work with Greta in Kiddie Kamp. I told her so many times what wonderful Grandparents you have.. You and your family are so very lucky!! Mr. Littman had touched so many lives and he is going to be missed very much!! He will always be in our hearts!

Gigi, family & Rosie, I just returned on Sunday nite about 11pm from seeing Ellen's daughter in Philidelphia and picked up my newspapers and I am in total shock. I just wanted to let you know my heart goes out to all of you and you are in my prayers. So ironic that I just saw you Gigi and we talked - I won't tell you I know what your feeling but I will tell you I understand and know the "sick" feeling you have. Please know I am here and will be getting a hold of you and I am so sorry I did not get a chance to come to the funeral home. He was such a wonderful guy and your family is one of the most wonderful memories of great times Dick & I had together. May God Bless you all and know he is with you all. Hold onto each other and all the love that you have for each other.
