Verity Gang-What I’m feeling about Uncle Bob’s death is awkward to put into words, condolences are always difficult. It is troubling to focus on a destiny that we all share, one that nobody can escape. When I think about my Uncle, my mother’s big brother, I recall his laugh, he possessed a wonderful laugh, all the Verity’s have a great laugh. The Christmas parties on John Street were always fun, the best sounds were the cackling laughter around the bar, so much LIFE! It still brings a smile to my face. Uncle Bob was tough, kind and fun all at the same time. All of you are in our thoughts and prayers.Kindly,Mike and Pollie Holtham
