Dear Kenny, Laurie, Davey and Lynnette, My mom called just about an hour ago to inform me of your mom's passing. With the stifling heat and humidity we've been experiencing this summer, I'm sure your mom probably labored alot in her breathing. But, I will not remember your mom as one who was failing in her health struggling to catch her next breath. No, I remember her as one of the sweetest persons I have ever known. She was always kind and considerate and went out of her way to listen and encourage me as well as others she met. She was one of my favorite aunts and when I would call on her and ask about your dad she never complained about her personal struggles or difficulties. She always had a positive outlook on life and was the eternal optimist. This is how I will remember her. I know that all of you will miss her dearly as well as your children and your grandchildren. I am sure our bond as cousins will continue to be strong. I will continue to pray that Uncle Warren's needs will be met now in her absence. God be with you all. I and my siblings will be with you in spirit. With much love, Art and Beth Hyde

To Warren and family. Sally & I are just devistated at the loss of Jean. Jean and Warren are two of our best friends and we will miss her terribly. We will miss her at the Happy Hour on Wednesdays, singing with her in the Serenaders and Love Notes. She was so funny telling her jokes. Warren, I guess it's time now for you to get your dog and name her Jean. You told Jean you were going to do this. May God bless you Warren and your family through this terrible loss.

I have the awesomest memmories of being a kid with Mutzie as my gramma. I wouldn't trade that for anything. So many great memories, they keep rolling through my head constantly, and that makes me very, very happy. I love you Mutzie! Bum.

Uncle Warren and my cousins and their families My condolances and warm thoughts go out to you all. I was so shocked to hear of Aunt Jeannie's passing. We had just shared stories about her very cool pink shirt a few weeks ago. She was exactly the way I will remember her....chatty, funny, and incredibly charismatic. I am still in shock thinking that you will not be there at the family picnics next year. You will definitley be missed. I can see you now... looking down at us being just as chatty sharing some stories with Nannie, Grampy and my Dad. Thanks again for all the laughs. Sincerely, Abby Steiner Burnham

To Jeannie's family. We will miss her so much. The last time we were together was standin in the isle at Target. She was with Warren, buying him a hat and was telling us her latest jokes. We were laughing so hard we had everyone around us laughing too. That's what she did. Love us all and made us happy to see her and Warren. He said when she was gone he was going to get a dog and name it Jeannie. She loved life and playing Sudoku ev ery day and people were so happy to be part of her life as were we. She will be greatly missed. Blessings to you all, our prayers are for you and your family at this time. Celebrate Jean's life as she would want you to.

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of Jeannie. We only got to know her over the past few years @ Sunset Palms in Florida. She always came into happy hour with Warren every Wed. with a smile on her face. She had the best jokes to tell, always making everyone laugh. Warren, let us know how you make out with that dog you are getting named "Jean". We are going to miss her this winter. Happy hour will never be the same. Our thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.

Dear Laurie and family, I have such very fond memories of your Mom from way back when. She was honestly the "friend's mother" that I remember most - so fun and personable. Plus the best girl scout leader a girl could have! Laurie, I hope all is well in your life up in the north country. Wish I could see you more. Your Mom surely left the world a greater place by gracing it with her presence. She will be greatly missed. Love, Marlene
