I only met Joe a few years ago at our gym..Once we started talking it was like we had known each other for many years !! We had so much in common , including relatives , hunting and just life in general...Always looked forward to talking with him at the gym especially during hunting season...Also I was always amazed how he could handle a jump rope!!..Will miss our gym talks for sure..Prayers to his family.....Nick/Barb Converso

I met Joe at EMS classes at NCCC, soon became a LFD Firefighter/ Paramedic. Joe was a steady force who was cool under pressure, great Firefighter, humble and the most decent man I knew there. RIP my friend and prayers for all his family.

This picture of Joe is stunning and brings immediate tears. He was such a good guy and this is a heart wrenching loss that happened so unexpectedly. This will hurt for a very long time. Though we didn’t see him recently, we knew he was there.
I’m so sorry for the immediate family. Our hearts are aching for all of you. He was a picture of health. Damn the family genetics.
We love you all and will see you soon. May his soul Rest In Peace forever. Ang and Jenny are greeting him with open arms.
