To Nelson Family, Roger, Allison, Jeff.
Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers with the loss of your Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother. Mrs. Nelson to me, was always gracious and kind during the many years as a tween and teen I spent hanging with my friend Allison. There are so many fond memories I cherish with both Mrs, and Mr, Nelson. Slumber parties where I'm sure we kept both Roger and Elva up all night (with the noise outside of their bedroom door), a few vacations where I was included (which gave me the opportunity to experience my first plane ride). The Blizzard of 77! Yes spent at the Nelsons for quite a few day! Mrs. Nelson was always cooking for us and making sure I was comfortable; and of course Girl Scouts and Youth Group at our church. Mrs Nelson and Mr. Nelson were always somewhere with all those special memories.
The place I always envision Mrs. Nelson is in her kitchen with "Gram" baking or cooking something. I like to think that she is doing that in heaven and perhaps even having tea with my mother who I am sure was there to greet her when she arrived.
