Our deepest condolences to Sheila and family . unfortunately we were out of touch for a few years. I wish that we had known of Don’s passing and that we could have been there to grieve with all of you. Don was one of a kind. I can’t believe that it’s been 25 years since we first met when I hired him to work at the Red Cross . we only worked together for a few years but we always stayed in touch until the pandemic hit. I will finally remember visiting Don and Sheila at Lazy Lakes when they were in town with our sons Jack and Luke. And in particular we remember the last time we visited them there which was Halloween back in 2014 . what a great day it was ! the kids trick-or-treating and we sat around and enjoyed a couple Manhattan’s with Don while Sheila put out the best snacks as she always did.
