George was my neighbor on gaffney rd. my dad did not like him too much because my dad is a jerk and was in city office at the time. i guess people in power bash neighbors. i personally didnt mind george! he was friendly to me, my dog, and our neighbors. i wish i knew him more than listening to my parents. he did alot for lockport more than people know. what a great guy!
