Obituary of Geraldine R. Liuzzi
Geraldine R. Liuzzi passed away November 19, 2021 in Elderwood at Lockport. Born November 26, 1934 in Lockport she was the daughter of LeRoy and Mary (Kozloski) Klino. Geraldine worked for 35 years at Lockport Memorial Hospital where she was a Nursing Assistant retiring in 1989. She would assist her husband, Anthony, harness racing, and she enjoyed the Buffalo Bills, going to Batavia Downs, gardening, and was a big animal lover. Geraldine was predeceased by her husband, Anthony “Tony” Liuzzi October 11, 2016.
Geraldine was the sister of Clara (late Richard) Sadlocha and the late Joanne (Bruce) Ryder; also several dear nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated of Friday November 26th at 11 AM in Holy Trinity Parish (St. Stephen Worship Site) 21 Vernon Street, Middleport, NY 14105. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery. Memorials to The Shrine of the Miraculous Medal, 500 E Chelten Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19144 or to the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1101 Western Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15233, would be appreciated by the family.
