Dear Steve, Jene and Family, I personally send my condolences on the loss of Rosemary; as well as on the behalf of B. Leo Dolan Unit #410 American Legion Auxiliary. She was a wonderful lady, and I enjoyed our small chats and a hug when we'd see each other at the legion. Will be thinking of you with comfort and prayers in the coming days.

Not sure if he was related, but there was a Fred Bower who helped start Peanut Brittle Making in the mid-60's until his passing. We're in New Mexico now, but keep tabs on Lockport.
