I was honored for many years to accompany Mr Incardona in presenting the Incardona award at the law enforcement academy. He was so proud and rarely missed a graduation. I will miss you Sam and I will continue as long as I can. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Dear Barbara and Family,
So terribly sorry for your loss. Sam was really a sweetheart. Over the many years I knew him as both a colleague and friend, he was always soft spoken, but determined to do the right thing - a fine person, who exemplified goodness. May he rest in peace and you find comfort in knowing he is surely among the angels.
My thoughts and prayers are with you,
Renee Knight

My deepest condolences to Sams family. My heart is with you all. I could never be able to describe the kindness Sam showed me as a young person at Belknap. I spent a lot of lunch periods in Shop. He truly cared and took the time to talk and laugh at life. I never forgot that. All the kids just loved him! Every time we would run into each other it was time to catch up. What a wonderful person. Rest In Peace my friend.
