Roy F. Phillips passed away on January 23, 2020. He was born on May 3, 1925 in Buffalo, NY a son of John and Jennie (Garrett) Phillips. Roy proudly served our country in the United States Army during WWII earning the Purple Heart, European African Middle Eastern Service Medal and World War II Victory Medal. Roy was a member of the Masons, loved being a cameraman for LCTV, traveling, going to the Lockport Senior Centre but most of all spending time with family. Roy is survived by his wife of 50 years Marilyn (Donner) Phillips, children Linda Gillick, Roy (Mary) Phillips, John (Carol) Phillips, Beth Ranney, Lori (James) Gondek. He is also survived by many grandchildren, several great grandchildren and his faithful companion Maggie. Relatives and friends may call Thursday January 30th, 11-12, with a memorial service to follow at 12 PM at Royalton Bible Church 8457 Bunker Hill Rd. Gasport.
