Obituary of Stacey Micoli-Daniels

Stacey E. (nee Micoli) Daniels entered into rest July 27, 2009 at Niagara Hospice House after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born March 21, 1983 in Buffalo she is the cherished daughter of Roger and Elizabeth (Butcher) Micoli of Lockport. Stacey is a 2005 graduate of University of Buffalo and she worked as the receptionist/office manger for her mother's dental office till her illness in 2008. She also worked for a short time at Starbucks, was a councilor with Camp Kenan while in high school, choreographed for the Lockport High School's productions The King &amp; I and The Music Man, performed/choreographed at the Lancaster Opera House, and taught dance at Sylvia's School of Dance. Stacey also sang in the choirs for both Holy Trinity Church and Church of the Ascension both in Buffalo and with the Opera Lytes at the Lancaster Opera House. She was known to many for her radiant smile and her love of music and her beautiful singing voice. Stacey was a loving, selfless, trustworthy wife, daughter, sister, family member and friend. Stacey will be sadly missed by all who loved her. Besides her parents Stacey is also survived by her beloved husband Matthew J. Daniels, II of Gasport, whom she married July 17, 2009; loving sister of Alan D. Micoli of Lockport; devoted granddaughter of Donald and Shirley Butcher of Lockport; daughter-in-law of Matthew and Judith Daniels I of Gasport; she is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. Relatives and friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Friday 3-7 in Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. Funeral services will be celebrated Saturday at 10 AM in Christ Episcopal Church, Fieldcrest Drive &amp; Rochester Road, Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
