Angie; May your faith in our Savior Jesus Christ be a comforter in your time of loss and sadness. Christ is our healer - although we always pray that the healing of our loved ones happens here on earth so that we can be with them, sometimes the healing comes when it is in the form of a permanent healing as Willie walked thru the gates of Heaven, strong, proud, smiling, painfree, cancer free. Celebrate the life that he lived, the person he was and the love you all shared as a family. THe tears you shed in missing your brother are collected by our heavenly father. One day when our heaveanly father comes for us he will scoop us up in his comforting arms and will wipe away all of our tears forever, perhaps he will show us the bottles of tears he has been collecting and say "Do you see this bottle? These are the tears you cried when I took your brother home to be with me. You see my child, you were never forgotten. I did care that your heart was broken, I was there comforting you"! All my thoughts prayers and hugs are with you and your family. Sharon

I would like to express my deepest sympathies to the Haynes family during your time of bereavement. I know that everyone Will knew is saddened by his leaving as I am. He just had that kind of demeanor. No matter who you were, he made life better just to be around him. His smile was so bright, so big, so beautiful, that it affected you deep in your soul. I'm going to miss him calling me Gee Wiz. May GOD give us all comfort in knowing that his will was done and another beautiful spirit will dwell in his house for eternity.

To Bernice, Angie, and Willie's loved ones: No words can ease you sorrow. No one can take his place. But in all of your tomorrows, Lean on God's unfailing Grace. Weep when you must; but don't forget to smile at all of the wonderful memories Willie left with you. With Love, and Our Prayers

To Willie Haynes entire family: I pray for each and every one of you. Willie is as close a a friend can be and forever will be. He taught me so many valuable lessons about life and always took attention off of himself and let it shine on others. He stood beside me in my wedding and always laughed with me even when we were down. So i promise you all i will forever have him and you all in my prayers and i will always smile thinking of Willie. I wish i could have gotten to know you all more personally on my own but through him i feel i have. God Bless you all. Sincerely Jon-david DiMaggio

To the Family of Willie Haynes: You have never met me and Willie probably wouldn't remember me if we were to cross paths, but as an underclassmen at LSHS I was a big fan of Willie. I would go to the games and watch him play. When I couldn't make it to the games I would then listen to them I WLVL and cheer when Willie would score. As a sophomore I went out for the track team and was cut. I wasn't a thrower and I'd yet to develop as a runner. I stayed around the team and became a manager. It was then I got to met Willie. He was a senior and his college plans were set. I was injured most of that season if I remember correctly; an achilles problem. With a college career ahead of him he didn't need to be on the team that year, but he was dedicated. That was one of the many fine qualities that he had a person. I wanted your family to know that as a 10th grade student your husband, son, and father left an impression on my to this very day. He was a role model. I was saddened to hear of his passing. I want to wish your entire family all the best during this difficult time. Sincerely, Jeff Tracy Lockport, NY
