It is with much sadness that I offer my prayers and sympathy to the entire Donner Family. I've known Jim for many years and will always remember how thoughtful, kind and caring he always was. He always had a smile and was such a gentleman. He will surely be missed. It was an honor to be his friend. RIP Jim.

My sincere condolences to the Donnor family. I was lucky enough to know James as a classmate, he was always smiling and just a wonderful person. We have all lost a very special person. May James rest in eternal peace.

Jimmy Donner was one of the kindest, gentlest and sensitive people I've ever known. His heart was pure and he never changed for the almost 40 years I knew him. I saw Jimmy at my parent's house about 4 years ago for a Christmas party and I have to say, he never changed. I worked my first job at FiberCel with Jimmy and his brother Bill. We also played softball for the company and my dad coached.
The world lost as beautiful man and I'll never forget Jimmy Donner......

Mark and family,
I haven't had any contact with Jim since DSHS many, many years ago. But I remember what a great guy Jim was back then. He was always kind (particularly to underclassmen) and his smile in the obit picture is just the way I remember him from the 70's. He was one of the good guys, and I share both your loss and fond memories of his kind nature.
