There are thousands of memories and even more lives that have been touched by this one very very special man. My thoughts are with the family whose unwavering love and devotion surely filled his heart to view each day given as a blessing, all the way past 99. Today there is a beautiful garden in heaven being tended to by a man dressed in green with a warm demeanor and twinkle in his eyes. Wo ai ni Forrest, wo ai ni.

My Condolence to Forrest's many nieces and nephewes. Forrest was my Grandfathers good friend and we allways enjoyed his company at family gatherings. He was such a dear man and I am sure he will live long in the hearts of many. I would like to think, as he is tending his garden in heaven that Stewart sits near by.

For plowing the driveway, for finding my rabbit, for celebrating each birthday, for your giant king sized candy bars on Halloween, for always listening, for sticking to what you know is right, for your golden heart and for remembering each and every one of us and making sure we felt special, for all those things and more, we love you Forrest and you will be missed. Wo Ai Ni Er.

Max was quite a guy. He always had a joke and enjoyed teasing the Occupational Therapy students with his "corny" did you know you have a hole in your stocking? He did enliven the place. He was able to keep going as long as he did because all of you cared for him. We will miss seeing him at the dinners!

I just wanted to drop this line to the family of Forest to say that your uncle was a great man and a blessing to many. He will be missed. He was an inspiration and a joy to be around. He showed us all how to live our life to it's fullest to the very end. His smile was infectious and his love of Christ was evident in all he did. I was blessed to paint his home last summer and because of this I got to know him a litte more inimately. He was so kind. God has a very good one with Him in heaven. I look forward to seeing Forest again on that day that when Jesus also calls me home. Thank you Forest for your example of how a Christian should live out his years with no regrets. God Bless, Joe Piazza

My wife Carol and I were very sorry to hear of Forrest's passing. We really enjoyed talking to him at a dinner at my cousin, Jean Hayes, a while ago. I think that we were related, my great grandmother was sister to Forrest's mother. I remember going to the house on Tonawanda Creek when I was young. He was a wonderful gentleman.
