Obituary of Clayton D. Schultz
Clayton D. Schultz age 87 died at Batavia Veterans Nursing Home on November 18, 2023. He was born and raised in Wilson, attended Wilson schools, and was very active in sports. He joined the Navy in 1953 and served abroad the USS Wisconsin. When his father died, he was discharged to help support his family; then he began working for Niagara County. He served for 30 years in law enforcement beginning with the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department, Niagara Falls Police Department, NYS Police Department and then retired from the NYS Parks Police.
He is survived by his sisters Jeanne DiMino and Ruth Clark, two sons, several nieces and nephews and a granddaughter.
Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday November 29, 2023 from 4-7PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home 242 Genesee Street Lockport, NY. Inurnment will take place in the spring in Dickersonville Cemetery where military honors will be accorded.
