Margaret E. Vanderlinde passed away May 28, 2017 in Odd Fellow & Rebekah Rehab & Health Care Facility. Born July 9, 1922 in Lockport she was the daughter of Howard and Loraine (Maloney) Taylor. Margaret will always be remembered as a loving doting wife, mother, and grandmother. Being married for 72 years her secret to be staying married for so long is, "No Secrets." Margaret is survived by her husband of 72 years, Isaac J. Vanderlinde whom she married July 29, 1944 in St. Patrick's RC Church; mother of James (Susan) Vanderlinde, Mary Kay (Robert) Bewley, Robert (Linda) Vanderlinde and the late William H. Vanderlinde; grandmother of eight and great grandmother of seven; sister of the late Howard, William, Albert, and John Taylor, Beatrice Hare and Loraine Morse; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Thursday, June 1st from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, June 2nd at 12 Noon in All Saints Parish, 76 Church St., Lockport. Interment will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
