I am very saddened by just receiving the news of Roger. He was a big in every good, possible way. There was nothing subtle about him and I smile every time I think of him and how he made me laugh. All heart and full of soul. One of God's true soldiers here on earth. He was a pillar of dedication. I knew him to be forever true to his family and faith. Debbie, Nick and Dominic; please take condolence knowing that your big guy is now with Big Daddy and happier than you ever knew him to be here on earth. Our Roger is in the best of loving hands. Bless all of you. Christopher Dycha

Fotia Family,
I am very sorry and saddened to hear of the loss of Roger. I worked with him during his tenure at Ingersoll Rand/Cameron.
Roger shared many stories with me, from gardening and cooking to Dominic, Nickolas and Debra. He always had a picture to show and was a very proud husband and father.
Roger was very dedicated, helpful, kind, and gracious man.
My sympathies and prayers to your family.

To the Fotia Family:
I worked with Roger for several years at Howden North America (formerly Buffalo Forge), and more recently, for many years at Ingersoll-Rand (formerly Cameron Compression).
I found Roger to be of high character - helpful and courteous to others, dedicated to his job, quick to praise others, always friendly. You should be very proud of him.
I am saddened to hear of your great loss. I will always think fondly of him.

Debbie and Family,
My deepest condolences for you loss. Roger was certainly a special person who touched the life of all his friends and family. His laugh, his style, and his Italian slang will be embedded in my warmest thoughts of him for ever. I have many fond memories of him from working at Rosina up until we saw you guys at Lowes and the recent telephone conversation I had with him. I will make one of the wakes for sure so that I can offer my condolences in person. You and your family remain in my thoughts and prayers.
Deepest Sympathies,
Dennis Pietrantoni
