Ruth H. Malcolm passed away January 15, 2016 in the Newfane Rehabilitation and Health Care Facility, Newfane, NY. Ruth was born October 1, 1942, the daughter of Daniel and Pauline (Dennis) Gillis. She worked 26 years in production at Harrison Radiator, Div. of General Motors retiring in 2001. Ruth had many loves one of which was donating time and money at the casino, she also enjoyed camping and gardening but her greatest love was her family and grandchildren.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 48 years Roger Malcolm, they were married September 21, 1968; mother of Roger (Melanie) Malcolm of Lockport and Paula Goff of Cheektowaga, NY; grandmother of Devin and Jacob Goff, Kayla, Kourtney and Konner Malcolm. Also survived by her brother Dennis Gillis of Barker.
Relatives and friends may call Tuesday January 19, 2016 for 4-7 PM, followed immediately by a funeral service at 7 PM. In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094, would be appreciated by the family.
