I had the pleasure of working with Larry while he was in the Traffic department at Harrison. He was always helpful, efficient & friendly. My highest praise for him comes from when he was driving the medical transportation van for the Dale. He would pickup my Dad for his weekly PT appointment. They knew each other from Harrison & Dad would look forward to their visits. One day Dad was not there waiting for Larry. Thinking that I must have taken him, Larry went to the PT office anyway just to be sure. When he didn't find us there Larry followed up to make sure I was contacted at work right away. Larry's diligence, dedication & caring saved several hours getting Dad care. I will always be grateful to him for that. He was a great guy and will be missed.

I am very saddened by the news of Larry's passing. We worked together in the mid 1970's when I was a clerk in the "warehouse" at GM. Larry was both a mentor and friend to me throughout our careers and we stayed in touch even after he retired.
He was always a professional, and I knew I could turn to him for advice and counsel when needed. I lost track of him after his wife died and often wondered what happened.
Rest in peace, Larry - I will always remember the influence you had on me as a young woman entering the workforce. You were such a kind and gentle soul.

Ann and Jim: So sorry to hear of Larrys passing. He was our neighbor for 35 years and I worked with him at Delphi. He had a great sense of humor and he will be missed. We use to make fun of the hat he wore in the simmer to mow the lawn. He always told us that he got it at one of our garage sales. RIP Larry. If there is anything we can do please dont hesitate to call. Prayers for you.

Ann - I am so sorry to hear the sad news. My sympathies, my prayers and thoughts are with you. You and I have been friends since high school. We've been part of the many fun summer picnics, First Communion and Holiday parties held during our growing up years at Uncle Tom and Aunt Pat's home. I am so thankful for the memories. It was always fun for me to spend time with your Dad and Mom. If you need a shoulder to lean on, you have mine.
Love,
Janet Moriarty

I am very sorry for your loss. My earliest memories include Larry, from camping trips and bonfires to listening to Larry and Mary in my parents kitchen playing cards and laughing...there was always so much laughter! Larry was a wonderful man and will be missed. I know my dad was waiting for him and I like to think there enjoying a drink and a good card game.
Much love and prayers,
Becky
