James L. Spedding passed away March 30, 2015 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born in Lockport on May 30, 1935 he was the son of Charles Edward Spedding Sr. and Dorothy (Taylor) Sidlinger. He worked for a company in Olean, NY where he setup mobile homes. James was a member of the Redman, the Eagles, and St. Stephen's Club in Olean. James is survived by his children Michael (Lorrie) Spedding, Beverly Green and the late James R. Spedding who passed away in 1987; grandfather of Michael James Green, Colleen Spedding, and the late Charles David Green; brother of Diane (late Robert) Heiman and the late Charles E. Jr. and Robert Spedding; former husband of Nancy V. (Gormley) Spedding and several nieces and nephews.
