Obituary of Philip Higgins

Philip Higgins passed away Saturday December 13, 2014 in Odd Fellows and Rebekah Health Care Center. Born in Brooklyn, NY, on May 13, 1929, he was the son of the late Jack Chute and Elizabeth (Chuck) Cone Higgins. Philip graduated from Lockport Senior High School in 1946. He worked at Harrison Radiator for 42 years until, he retired in 1994. He is predeceased by his wife, Arlene (nee Sewor) Higgins, who passed away in 1996, and his daughter, Linda Rose.
Philp was the father of Richard (Debbie) Higgins of Lockport and Randy (Laura) Higgins of Newfane; grandfather of Mike Rose and Mark Rose and great grandfather of Christian Rose. Philip is also survived by his brothers Paul (Betsy) Higgins and Peter (Faye) Higgins and several nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Inurnment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
