Obituary of Norman Puff

Norman Alexander Puff entered peacefully into rest on February 12, 2013 with his beloved family by his side. Born August 7, 1935 in Lockport. He was the oldest son of Alexander J. Puff and Mary "May" (Brady) Puff. Norman retired from Harrison Radiator as Senior Engineer in the Tool & Dye Room. Known to some as "Stormin Norman".
He was predeceased by his loving wife Anita on February 5, 2008 and sister Sandra Glenn. He is survived by his brother Douglas Puff. Devoted and loving father to Patricia J. (Christianne) Puff, Kathleen (John) Cogovan, Pamela (Todd) Kaiser and Angela (Mary) Puff. Stepfather to Vicki Sherry, Rick, Dale, and Mike McCready. Cherished grandfather of Nicole, Michelle, Ashley, Jeremy, Tyler, Jim, Kyle, Brett, Adrieanna, and Holly. Great Grandfather of Ciara, Sylvannah, Chaisey, Chanler, Jayden, and Erin. Also several nieces and nephews.
Norm had so many wonderful qualities and himself. He was strict and stern, yet kind and generous. Norm enjoyed the outdoors. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer, and gardener. He also enjoyed playing hockey and wine making. Most of all, spending time with his family and friends was a top priority on his list.
Norm was a member of the Elks, Moose, and Clinton Club.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, Feb. 15th 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 16th at 11:30 AM.
