Obituary of Carol Williams

Carol Ann Williams passed away February 7, 2013 in Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo. Born in Buffalo on March 7, 1935 she was the daughter of Clarence and Helen Maedl. Carol worked for Sugar Cake Cookies in North Tonawanda where she was a supervisor. She enjoyed bowling, ceramics, crocheting, sewing, refinishing furniture and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Carol was predeceased by her husband Harold Williams in 2004.
Carol is survived by her children Joseph Williams of Newfane and Anne (Jeff) Dunmire of Pittsburgh, PA; grandmother of Kara Dunmire and LaceyJo Williams; sister of Ray (Lorrie) Maedl of Cuba, NY and Barbara Maedl of Kenmore and the late Clarence, Chuck, Bill, Helen and Pauline Maedl.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday, Feb. 10th from 1-5 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 11th at 12:30 PM. Donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated by the family. Visit www.pruddenandkandt.com.
