There will be no one quite like our Uncle Wes. From when I would see him when he was a clown, to painting a special animal friend or my first school room desk with my name on it, swimming laps at Conesus Lake, to being compadres using mobility devices together, his quiet manner in which he got his point across will be the special memories that we have. That, and "get off of my grass!"

I was fortunate to grow up in the same neighborhood with the Arnold family and play kickball games with Chris & Brian in their back yard, which backed up to th High School lot. I remember that Wes was tall and had a love for painting. Mrs. Arnold's relatives in Scotland welcomed me into their home when I visited in 1972 and generously provided room & board for me in exchange for a little work at the "cash & carry" store they operated. My sympathies to all the Arnold family and relatives...such a wonderful family...I will never forget.

Heather and family, I was sorry to read of your father's passing. It doesn't matter how old you are, it still hurts to lose a parent. I remember him from dinners at your house on the lake. May he always be in your hearts. Jim Curran

My sympathy to all the Arnold family. Mr. Arnold was my 6th grade teacher and one of the best. I can still vision him standing at the front of the room teaching. So enjoying seeing him Friday nights for dinner at some of his favorite restaurants and having a little chat.Thoughts and prayers are with you all.
