Obituary of Tammy Sossong-Hook

Tammy M. Sossong-Hook passed away January 28, 2013 in Buffalo General Medical Center. Born in Lockport on April 4, 1965 she is the daughter of Charles and Bonnie (Czerniecki) Sossong of Lockport. Besides her parents Tammy is also survived by her fiancé Eric Cummings; her children Timmy Hook, Brook Hook and Jeremy Winters; sister of the late Charles "Chuck" Sossong; sister-in-law of Shannon Sossong; aunt of Chas and Connor Sossong; also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call Saturday, Feb. 2nd 12-1 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where services will immediately follow at 1 PM. Donations to UNYTS, Inc., 110 Broadway, Buffalo, NY 14203 would be appreciated by the family.
