Obituary of Edward Pytko

Edward J. Pytko passed away Saturday January 19, 2013 in Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Lockport on September 13, 1925 in Lockport, he was the son of the late Leo and Anna Wanter Pytko. Edward served in the US Army from 1945 until 1946. He worked for 47 years at the Ford Gum & Machine Co., in Akron, NY, retiring in 1997 as plant manager.
Edward is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara (nee Conley) Pytko of Lockport. He is predeceased by his brother Walter Pytko. Edward is the brother in-law of of Richard (Sally) Conley, Eugene (Connie) Conley all of Lockport, Carol (Dwight) Sossong and Bonita (Dale) Waderich, both of Rochester and the late William Conley, Raymond Conley and Marilyn Sobieraski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and companion Zoey.
A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
