Obituary of Jeanette Ginty

Jeanette B. Ginty formally of Lockprt died Sunday, January 6, 2013 in Medina. Born February 7, 1925 in Wilson she was the daughter of Edward and Helen (Kiekbusch) Donner. She married Henry E. Ginty on June 26, 1948 in St. Peter's, North Ridge. Henry predeceased her on November 21, 2000. Jeanette graduated from Wilson High School in 1942. During WW II she worked as a tool room crib attendant at the Glo-Bar factory in Niagara Falls. She graduated from the International Academy of Beauty Culture in Buffalo and was a beautician in Lockport before retiring to raise her family. Jeanette and her husband were founding members of Mount Olive Lutheran Church where she served on the Alter Guild. The loves of her life were her husband and family, travel, driving, and working in her flowers.
She is survived by her children Dale (Diane) Ginty, Brent (Darlene) Ginty and Rita (Salvatore) Liuzzi. Her grandchildren Jason (Claudia) Ginty, Todd Ginty, Regan Ginty, Rhonda Liuzzi, Patrick Liuzzi, Adam Liuzzi and Daniel Liuzzi; step grandchildren Eric (Stacey) Dodge, Craig (Hollie) Dodge and Jason Dodge. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Jeanette was predeceased by her sisters Virginia Hardy and Elenore Gentzke. .
There will be no prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on Friday, January 11th at 10 AM in Mount Olive Lutheran Church 6965 Chestnut Ridge Road, Lockport. Entombment will be in Glenwood Mausoleum.
