Robert Dean Spencer, Sr. passed away January 1, 2013 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born June 3, 1928 in Indiana Co., PA he was the son of Floyd and Lorretta (Pearce) Spencer. Robert served in the US Army from 1950 to 1952. He worked in production at Harrison Radiator for 35 years retiring in 1990. Robert enjoyed playing cards. He was predeceased by his wife Donna (Tillotson) Spencer on August 30, 2012. Robert is survived by his two sons Robert (Marilyn) Spencer, Jr. and William (Laurie) Spencer both of Lockport; grandfather of Samantha, Stephen Spencer, James and Katie Schunk; brother of Ada Miller of North Tonawanda, Shirley (Jim) Morrison of Lockport and predeceased by seven other siblings; brother-in-law of Gloria Hillman and Jack (Marcia) Tillotson both of Lockport; also several nieces and nephews. There will be no prior visitation. Private funeral services will be held. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
