My deepest condolences. May God comfort you in your time of sorrow. I know it is easy to say, and sometimes hard to believe, but William is just on the other side; one day we will all be together. With much love, Ria Revelation 21:3-4 "Then I heard a mighty voice from the throne and I perceived its distinct words, saying, See! The abode of God is with men, and He will live among them; and they shall be His people, and God shall personally be with them and be their God. God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away. HALLELUJUAH!"

Uncle Bill, I will always remember when you would come over to the house on Sunday mornings after church and you would sit at the kitchen table, drink coffee and talk with my mom and dad about horse racing or whatever was on your mind. And then there was the time at Chets benefit when we had the Police mobile command set up for security. There had to be six or seven police officers sitting inside, and the door opened up and entered Uncle Bill!!! He introduced himself to all the guys as Uncle Bill and he had to mention that his brother was Dick Conley, who at the time was a Police Commisioner. We all sat there talking and laughing about different things until Uncle Bill decided to ask a hunded questions about how the command center worked and what all the buttons were for... We all then decided that it was time for Uncle Bill to exit the bus.. But as he left, he looked at all of us and told us that we should be proud of the job that we do and that we should not take any "shit" from anyone.

Uncle Bill was the "uncle" everyone should have.....He was more than an uncle to me! Uncle Bill was a fixture in the Sobieraski home, a coach, a teacher of life lessons, a motivator, and a wonderful person who taught of us the meaning of family and the importance of respect and hard work. When we lost our mom to sickness ( almost 17 years ago) he was there to support and guide us through a most difficult time for all of us. Thank you Uncle Bill for all that you have done for me....I love you.....may you rest in peace!!!!!! Till we meet again.....forever in my heart and thoughts!

Words cannot express my feelings for Uncle Bill. I will miss his smile, humor and quick wit. I will miss his hugs and his ability to make you feel that you were the most important person in the room. I will miss his contagious laugh and his big heart. I will miss him..the angels have gained a great man and I hope they know how lucky they are, I know I am knowing that he loved me. Rest in peace, I love you.
