Clara Mae Cooper of Appleton, NY, passed away December 29, 2012 in Buffalo General Hospital. She was born April 5,1928 in Franklin. PA, she was the daughter of William and Frances (Karchner) Prenett. If Clara wasn't shopping she loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Clara is the wife of Glenn R. Cooper; mother of Glenda (David) Hodgkins of South Carolina, Sherry (Robert) Cook of Lockport, Roxann (Douglas) Fitch of Newfane, Wayne (Ellen) Cooper of Barker, Diane (William) Murphy of Newfane, Mark Cooper of Appleton, Boyd (Lynn) Cooper of Newfane and Glenn Cooper II of Appleton She also is survived by fourteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and her sister Thelma Swan of Gasport. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport.NY where funeral services will be held Thursday morning, January 3rd at 11 AM. Interment will be in Wrights Corners Cemetery. Memorials to the American Cancer Society, 101 John James Audobon Pkwy., West Amherst, NY 14228 would be appreciated by the family. <h3>Visitation</h3> Relatives and friends may call Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. <h3>Services</h3> Funeral services will be held Thursday morning, January 3rd at 11 AM at the funeral home. <h3>Interment</h3> Interment will be in Wrights Corners Cemetery.
