Peter Noble Ernest, retired New York State Trooper (1996), Vietnam Veteran and avid fisherman passed away November 26, 2012. He was born November 4, 1948 in Lockport the son of the late Harry and Edith (Noble) Ernest. Peter is survived by his wife Mary (Daigler) Ernest; daughters Tracey and Mary Caroline Ernest. He is also the brother of John (Jeri) Ernest, Wende (Larry) Weseman and Susan (Ken) Miller; brother in law of James (Linda) Daigler. He also is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday 4 to 8 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning November 29, 2012 at 10:30 AM in Good Shepherd Church, 5442 Tonawanda Creek Road, Pendleton, NY.
