Virginia Harper Obituary

Virginia Lea Harper of Lockport passed away Sunday October 25th, 2009 in the Waterfront Health Care Center, Buffalo, NY. Born February 25, 1930 in Kansas City, Kansas , she was the daughter of Dr. Richard and Amy Lillian Blackburn Bishop. Virginia is the wife of the late Harold H. Harper who passed away in 1995.


Virginia was the mother of Harold (Anne) Harper of Lockport and the late Robert Harper; grandmother of Keith (Jana) Harper of New York City and Julie (John) Ogiba of Okinawa, Japan. She is also the great grandmother of Joseph, Nathalie, Joshua, Derek and Meredith; and also the sister of Dr. Raymond (Margaret) Bishop D.O. of Oklahoma City, OK. and the Doris Loft.
