Obituary of James Bugenhagen

James D. Bugenhagen, of Nashua, NH, died at his home Friday, April 23, 2010 after a brief illness. Born in Lockport on July 5, 1953 he is the son of Raymond Bugenhagen of Lockport and the late Mary (Connor) Bugenhagen. He was a graduate of Lockport High School, Class of 1971. Jim resided in Londonberry, NH for several years before moving to Masua and had been employed as a driver with Eastern Propane& Oil of Hudson for over 20 years. He loved his family and friends and will be remembered for his kindness to others. Jim enjoyed barbecuing, fishing, playing his guitar, loved football, and was a huge New England Patriots' fan and loved animals, especially his dog, Maggie.
Besides his father Jim is also survived by his wife Jenny Harris Bugenhagen with whom he shared 14 years; father of James (Laura) Bugenhagen, Jr., Michael (Denise) Bugehagen and Katie Bugenhagen; step-father of Michelle Stover; grandfather of Emily, Jack, and Kyrah Bugenhagen; brother of Molly (John) Fachko, Judy (Michael) Mack, Maureen Connolly and Laurie Bugenhagen; also several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Monday, September 10th from 4-7 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, September 11th at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport.
