Obituary of Marie Maslowski

Marie L. Maslowski passed away July 26, 2012 in Briody Health Care Facility. Born in Niagara Falls on August 15, 1914, she was the daughter of Alexander and Katherine (Klos) Walezak. Marie worked as a clerk in the production department at Harrison Radiator for many years. She traveled world-wide with the UAW Travel Club. She was also a member of the Camera Club, Organ Society, many different garden clubs. She loved her roses and African violets. Marie was predeceased by her husband Walter Maslowski in 1975. Marie is survived by her son Walter (Judith) Maslowski of Key West, Florida: grandmother of Rebecca (Nick) Pietruszka of Boca Raton, Florida and Stephen Maslowski of Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Great -grandmother of Grace, Jane, and Elyse Pietruszka. sister of Helen Walezak of Tonawanda, N.Y. and the late Felix (late Helen) Walezak of Niagara Falls. She is also survived by her dear nieces and nephews and their families and many cousins and friends. A Memorial Mass in memory of Marie will be held on Saturday August 25, 2012 at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St. Lockport at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Cold Springs Cemetery.
