Obituary of Violet Archie

Violet Archie passed away June 21, 2012 in Odd Fellow &amp; Rebekah Health Care Facility. Born in Waterport, NY she was the daughter of Henry and Lulu (Hart) DeVoe. Violet worked for Harrison Radiator in production for 20 years retiring in 1983. She enjoyed going to craft shows, country music, animals and especially her grandchildren. Violet was predeceased by her husband Eugene Archie on September 15, 1999. Violet is survived by her children Walter (Jeni) Archie of Hong Kong, Patricia (Tom) Carson and Beverly Honeyman both of Lockport; grandmother of Justin Archie, Bradley Archie, Craig (Trcay) Carson, Matt (Sarah) Carson, Coreen Honeyman and Scott Honeyman; Violet was the sister of Mary Lou, Ruth Evelyn, both of Lockport and the late Nellie, Henry, Mildred, Georgia, Frederich, Arthur, Grace, Miles and George. Relatives and friends may call Monday, June 25th from 6-8 PM in Prudden &amp; Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 26th at 11 AM. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery.
