Obituary of Lester Wendel

Lester "Marty" Wendel passed away April 21, 2012. Born June 21, 1950 in Lockport he was the son of the late Arthur and Concetta (D'Angelo) Wendel. Marty is survived by his sister Marietta (Patrick) Schrader of Lockport; uncle of Michael Schrader and the late Patrick Schrader. He is also the nephew of Frances Brown and cousin of Anita Provenzano, Linda Sampson, Marilyn Brown, Orvil Brown, Doug Garuder, Gloria Forresti, and Patty Schaller.
There will be no prior visitation. A memorial mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Memorials to Opportunities Unlimited, LPO Box 360, 1555 Factory Outlet Blvd., Niagara Fall, NY 14304 would be appreciated by the family. Visit www.pruddenandkandt.com.
