Obituary of Mary LaRuffa

Mary S. LaRuffa passed away March 16, 2012 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born September 27, 1920 in Lockport she was the daughter of Frank and Jennie (Casiglia) Sidonio. Mary worked in production for Harrison Radiator. She and her husband, Joseph were always seen together, they would start their days out by going to breakfast and then off to the horse races and they wintered in Florida once they both retired. Mary enjoyed working in her flower garden and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph LaRuffa on May 22, 2006. Mary is the mother of Joseph (Maryjane) LaRuffa of Lockport and the late Augustine LaRuffa; grandmother of Brian (Allyson) LaRuffa, Jeff LaRuffa, Kyle (Sue Reese) LaRuffa, and Jennifer (Jon) Keister; great grandmother of Isabelle, Ryan, Kaitlyn LaRuffa, and Jacqueline Keister; sister of the late Lena Ostrander, Pauline Perenelli, and Lucy Pardo; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
