Obituary of Betty Smale

Betty L. Smale passed away peacefully March 15, 2012 in Niagara Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Niagara Falls. Born November 17, 1922 in Niagara Falls she was the daughter of Ralph and Mae (Conroy) Smale. Betty worked at the Opportunities Unlimited Day Habilitation Center for over 30 years. She touched many lives and will be missed.
Betty is survived by her sister Dorothy Falsone of Connecticut; aunt of Maryellen Overgaard; cousin of Patricia Lowes of Tonawanda, Joan Kellick of Lewiston and the late Marion Dugan.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday 5 to 8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport where funeral services will be held Monday at 10 AM. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Donations to Opportunities Unlimited, 1555 Factory Outlet Blvd., LPO Box 360, Niagara Falls, NY 14304-0360 would be appreciated by the family.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday 5 to 8 PM.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 10 AM at the funeral home.
<h3>Interment</h3>
Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
