Dawn Winona Mott-Lester slipped quietly into rest February 27, 2012 at approximately 3:00 AM at Kenmore Mercy Hospital after a long illness. Born May 8, 1955 in Lockport she was the daughter of Elaine Trippensee. Dawn was the owner and operator of Trippensee Gardens in Hartland; beloved angel wife of 18 years to Louis Lester of Lockport; mother of Robert Mott of Lockport and Timothy (Lauren) Lester of Florida; grandmother of Teagan Lester; niece of Maxine Trippensee and Roswald Trippensee and also survived by several nieces and nephews. We will always deeply miss you and we will always love you and you will forever be in our hearts.
Relatives and friends may call Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
