Charles W. Glynn passed away February 16, 2012 in Lakeland Regional Medical center, Lakeland, FL. Born January 24, 1930 in Lockport he was the son of Willard G. and Katherine M. (Kugler) Glynn. Charles was an operating engineer for Union Local 463, Niagara Falls. He is survived by his wife Jean E. (Albright) Glynn of Lockport; father of Michael (Jay) Glynn, Mark (Teri) Glynn both of Lockport, Timothy (Susan) Glynn of Tulsa, OK, Thomas (Susan) Glynn of Lockport, Daniel (Donna) Glynn of Reno, NV and Diane (Kurt) Schuler of Newfane; also several grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Jean Frances Glynn, daughter-in-law Beverly Glynn and grandson Joseph Schuler. There will be no prior visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated Thursday at 10 AM in St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 168 Chestnut St., Lockport. Interment will be in Cold Springs Cemetery. Donations to the Joe's 5k Run c/o Newfane Middle School, 2700 Transit Road, Newfane, NY 14108 would be appreciated.
