Carol M. Hofert passed away Wednesday February 8, 2012 in Buffalo General Hospital. Born, November 30, 1961, in Tula Vista, CA., she was the daughter of Edward and Nancy Jago Bowes. Carol worked in housekeeping at Mt. View Health Care Facility and for Briarwood Manor. She enjoyed crafting and crocheting.
Carol is survived by her daughter Stephanie Hofert, her brothers David Bowes and Kevin (Jacquilyn) Bowes, both of Lockport and Brian Bowes of Fort Wayne, Ind. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
There will be no prior visitation. Friends are invited to a Memorial Service, Saturday February 11, 2012 at 11 AM in the Lockport Alliance Church, 555 Davison Road, Lockport, NY 14094. Memorials to the church would be appreciated by the family.
