Obituary of Myrle Hubbard

Myrle E. Hubbard passed away February 4, 2012 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born November 10, 1920 at St. Helena Parish, Greensburg, LA she was the daughter of George and Essie (Lee) Easley. She attended grammar school at New Zion and graduated from high school and Oakland, LA. Myrle went to nursing school at Charity School in New Orleans, LA. She worked for Lockport Memorial Hospital for 21 years as the head nurse of pediatrics retiring in January 1981. Myrle was a member of the Eastern Star �&amp;quot; Rob Morris and moved her membership to Betsy Ross in Buffalo, NY. She was predeceased by her dear friend, Peter H. Kagels in 1997. Myrle is survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three brothers and one sister. Private gravesides services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Corwin Cemetery, Newfane. Donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
