Francis E. "Frank" Tally passed away suddenly September 28, 2009 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Lockport. Born April 8, 1957 and was the step-son of Frances Bond of Florida. He collected model fire trucks and semi trucks and enjoyed country music. Frank is survived by his daughter Maria (John) Strathearn of Holley; grandfather of Aaron and Jared "JJ"; special companion of Debra Schoelles and special friend of Daniel, Andrew, Amanda, Rosemary and Kayla; also survived by seven step-siblings.
