Obituary of Peter McDonough

Peter Edward McDonough, age 62, of Three Rivers, MI passed away suddenly in an automobile accident on January 30, 2012. He was born in Lockport on March 11, 1949, the son of the late Lawrence and Nancy McDonough. Pete was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Robert McDonough. Pete leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Cheryl "Cherie" (Shafer) McDonough, whom he married on August 8, 1970 in Three Rivers, MI; two children, Peter McDonough, Jr., of Watertown, TN and Allison (Aaron) Metz and their children, Zachary and Brady Metz, all of Fenton, MI; one brother, William (Donna) McDonough, of Highland, MI; two sisters, Mary Catherine (Mike) Kromrey, of Denver, CO, and Suzanne (Darrell Radson) McDonough, of Houghton, MI; sister-in-law, Kathy McDonough of Three Rivers, MI; many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends in the Lockport area. A memorial mass will held in Kalamazoo, MI on Saturday. Interment of cremains will take place at a later date.
