Luella "Lou" Norman passed away suddenly Wednesday, September 23, 2009 in Eastern Niagara Hospital, Newfane. She was born September 20, 1943 in Flatwoods, WV. Lou is survived by her lifelong companion, David Dohring Sr. of Lockport; beloved mother of Janet (Charles) LaJoie of Lockport, Daniel Norman of Leroy, NY, and Duke (Tammy) Norman of Florida. She was predeceased by her two other children Rebecca "Becky" Norman and William "Billy" Collopy. Lou is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and her extended family at the Family Dollar, Lockport all of whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed taking care of her many birds and spending time with her family. Lou was the rock of her family and will truly be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
