Obituary of Betty Hamilton Robinson

Betty Ruth Hamilton Robinson, 64, passed away September 15, 2009 at the Eastern Niagara Hospital, Newfane. Born December 2, 1944 in Fort Valley, GA she was the daughter of the late Russell and Minnie (Day) Robinson. Betty is survived by her children, Mary Hami1ton (Lonnie) Taylor, Medina, Rosetta Hamilton of Niagara Falls, Roy Hamilton of Lockport, Howard (Desiree) Hamilton of Columbus, GA, Russell .Hamilton of Niagara Falls, and Lisa McDowell of Niagara Falls; Brothers and Sisters, Carsee (Henry) Herring, Rosa-Vinson (Ulysses) Patterson, Carolyn (John) Robinson- Zimberlin, James (Hope) Robinson, Charles Robinson, Howard Robinson, Janette Robinson, Penny (Danielle) Neal, Sugar Ray (Diane) Robinson, Gloria Webster, Donna (Thomas) Robinson-Razor, Mark (Lori) Robinson, and the late Michael Robinson. Also survived by 23 grandchildren, 14 Great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Betty enjoyed life and having fun, being outside, feeding the birds, spending time in the parks taking in the scenery, people watching, listening to music and more importantly spending time with her children. She worked as a receptionist at the unemployment office.
Wake services will be held Monday, September 21st from 10-11 am at Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee Street, Lockport, NY Funeral Services will immediately follow at 11 am.
