Richard Petti Obituary
Richard S. Petti passed away Wednesday July 1, 2009. Born May 8, 1931 in North Tonawanda, he was the son of the late Steven and Theresa Ostrowski Petti. Richard worked at the Niagara Falls Power Project, Sigma Motors, J.C. Penney, Olears and at Darien Lake. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 825.
Richard was the father of Douglas M. Petti and Darlene Smith both of Lockport and Denise Kron of Batavia, NY. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and his dear friend Mary Lou Mesi. Richard is predeceased by his three brothers. The family would like to extend a very special thank-you to Kathleen Murnyack.
Friends may call Monday 3 to 7 PM in Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, Inc., 242 Genesee St., Lockport, where services will be held Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM. Interment will be in Cold Spring Cemetery.
