Obituary of Patrick T. Feeley
Major Patrick T. Feeley USAR (Ret) passed away December 23, 2024 after a long illness. Born February 1, 1952, in Lockport, he was the son of the late John R. and Anne K. (Farnham) Feeley. Major Feeley was a graduate of Lockport Senior High School and attended Niagara University on a ROTC Scholarship. Upon graduation from Niagara, where he was a distinguished Military Graduate, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant and went on to serve on active duty for six years as an Air Defense Artillery Officer, with duty in Germany, Texas, Florida and North Carolina. He then returned to Lockport and continued his military service in the Army Reserve. Major Feeley went on to work for Prolift and finished his career with Buffalo Materials Handling. He was a salesman and trainer having worked with countless businesses in WNY. He was always a fan of history and sports and enjoyed traveling with his family, telling stories to all who would listen, and watching old tv shows. His greatest pride was his family particularly his grandsons.
He is survived by his college sweetheart and wife of 50 years, Mary Anne (Malahosky) and his beloved children Carrie (Dr. Robert) Brawn and Erin, all of Tonawanda; also surviving are three grandsons, Connor, Daniel and Tyler Brawn. Major Feeley is also survived by his mother- in-law, Betty (Late Joseph) Malahosky, his brothers Lieutenant Colonel Michael (Noreen) Feeley USA (Ret.) of San Antonio, TX and J. Kevin (Denise) Feeley of Olathe, KS; a brother in law, Mark (Helen) Malahosky of Webster, NY; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends from all his life experiences.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, January 3rd from 4-7PM at Prudden and Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St. Lockport. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, January 4th at 10AM at All Saints Parish, 76 Church St, Lockport. In Lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to PanCan (Pancreatic Cancer Network) PanCan.org or to Wounded Warriors.
